Responsible Gaming
Play for entertainment, stay in control, and make informed decisions.
At T-Power, we believe gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. Responsible gaming means understanding the risks, setting personal limits, and making decisions based on what you can comfortably afford to spend.
Gaming should not be treated as a guaranteed way to make money, recover financial losses, or solve personal financial difficulties. We encourage all users to approach gaming responsibly and to take a break whenever they feel that their gaming is becoming difficult to manage.
1. Age Requirement
T-Power services are intended only for users who meet the applicable minimum age requirement. Users must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher minimum age requirement that applies in their jurisdiction.
Users should not allow minors to access their accounts or use their devices to access gaming services. If you share a device with children or other underage individuals, consider using appropriate device-level parental controls and access restrictions.
Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an account does not meet the applicable age requirement, T-Power may restrict, suspend, or close the account and may conduct appropriate verification.
2. Keep Gaming Within Your Limits
Setting personal limits before you start can help keep gaming within a level that is comfortable for you. Consider the following guidelines:
- Set a Budget: Decide how much you are comfortable spending before you begin and avoid exceeding that amount.
- Set a Time Limit: Decide how much time you want to spend gaming and take regular breaks.
- Never Chase Losses: Avoid increasing your spending simply because you want to recover previous losses.
- Keep Gaming Separate From Essential Expenses: Do not use money needed for food, housing, bills, savings, or other essential commitments.
- Do Not Borrow to Gamble: Avoid borrowing money or using credit to continue gaming.
- Take Breaks: If gaming stops feeling enjoyable, step away and give yourself time away from the platform.
3. Signs That You May Need a Break
It may be helpful to step away from gaming if you notice changes in your behaviour or circumstances. Some warning signs may include:
- Spending more time or money gaming than originally planned.
- Trying to recover losses by continuing to play.
- Feeling stressed, anxious, frustrated, or upset because of gaming.
- Hiding your gaming activity or spending from people close to you.
- Using money intended for essential expenses to continue gaming.
- Gaming interfering with work, studies, relationships, sleep, or other responsibilities.
- Finding it difficult to stop or take a break when you intended to do so.
If any of these situations sound familiar, consider taking a break from gaming and speaking with someone you trust or seeking professional support.
4. Taking a Break
If you feel that you need time away from gaming, you can choose to stop using your account and take a break.
Users who require additional account restrictions should contact T-Power customer support to ask about the account-management options currently available.
Where available, account restrictions or temporary suspension measures may be used to help users take time away from gaming. The availability, duration, and conditions of these measures may depend on the account and the relevant service.
5. Self-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a voluntary measure that allows a user to request a period of restricted access when they believe they need a longer break from gaming.
If you believe that you need to stop gaming for an extended period, please contact T-Power customer support and clearly state that you wish to discuss self-exclusion or account restriction options.
The available self-exclusion process, duration, account restrictions, and other conditions will depend on the services and account-management options available at the time of the request.
During a self-exclusion period, users should not attempt to create or use another account to bypass the requested restriction.
6. Avoid Gaming Under the Influence
We strongly recommend avoiding gaming when under the influence of alcohol, recreational substances, or medication that may affect your judgement.
You should also consider taking a break if you are experiencing significant emotional distress, anger, stress, or other circumstances that may affect your ability to make considered decisions.
7. Gaming Is Not a Source of Guaranteed Income
Gaming outcomes are uncertain, and previous results do not guarantee future results. A win does not mean that another win will follow, and a previous loss does not mean that a future result will recover that loss.
Do not rely on gaming to pay bills, meet financial obligations, or resolve financial difficulties. Only use funds that you can afford to lose without affecting your essential needs.
8. Support From Family and Trusted People
If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour, consider talking to someone you trust. A family member, friend, financial adviser, counsellor, or other qualified professional may be able to provide useful support.
Seeking help early can make it easier to regain control before gaming begins to affect other areas of your life.
9. Professional Support
If gaming is causing significant personal, financial, emotional, or relationship difficulties, consider seeking assistance from a qualified healthcare professional, counsellor, or recognised support organisation in your area.
Independent organisations may provide information, counselling, and support for people experiencing gambling-related difficulties. Users should select a support service that is appropriate to their location and circumstances.
10. Our Approach to Responsible Gaming
T-Power aims to provide clear responsible gaming information and encourage users to make informed decisions about their gaming activity.
Responsible gaming is a shared responsibility. We encourage users to understand their own limits, use available account-management options where appropriate, and seek support whenever gaming becomes difficult to control.
